1. The Only "Danger" Zone
Never give any honey to babies under 1 year old. It contains natural spores that their tiny bellies can’t handle yet, which can make them very sick (infant botulism). For kids and adults, it is perfectly safe.

2. Handling Rules

Don't Microwave It: If it gets hard or crunchy (crystallized), just put the jar under sunlight or in a bowl of warm water (around 35°C or 104°F). Microwaving kills the good enzymes.
